Verisae Resource Data Management (RDM) and Energy Appliance Controls
Internet-addressible (IP) Controls for Distributed Locations - Verisae provides control systems for the retail, commercial, and industrial building control. These devices are designed for flexibility and reliability. The systems are Internet Protocol based and can be fully configured. There is a range of pre designed software suites built into the controllers, to your own complex control algorithms using our "Data Builder" software.
Using controls with the Enterprise Energy Management (EEM)™ software we provide historical utility data, real time energy monitoring and reporting, critical system monitoring, with normalized weather data. This powerful combination gives information to the manager who needs to reduce energy consumption in multiple sites in real time. This is energy and demand response management in action.
The
Data Manager is a front end panel that is mounted at a client’s location
and monitors everything that is connected to it. This is the hub of the
entire process. The Data Manager acts as a local server that connects to
the internet via standard IP.
A wide
range of equipment connects to the Remote Data Manager under the “Mercury”
range. Products are focused on HVACR and Electrical control.
- Mercury controllers for Display case control
- Walk-in coolers and freezers control
- Compressor rack control
- Temperature monitors
- Energy metering equipment
- Relative humidity measurement and control
- General Input/Output devices
The Remote Data
Manager (RDM) advantages
- Modular design means the client only pays for the specification
needed
- Internet friendly, can be accessed remotely using standard browser
software
- Plug
and play technology
- USB
ports for data access
- Over
130 timer channels available
- Multiple probe and input types available
- Energy
saving program choices
- Data
Builder drag and drop PLC software choices
Wiring is Simple
Controllers are connected with simple cat 5 network wiring. It is the
same wiring you can buy at any store to connect your computer to and
Ethernet connection. Controllers connect to routers and hubs to allow
for interconnectivity.
The Data
Manager connects to all the devices using the same standard cat 5
network. It can also be connected to a LAN or WAN network, which means
the client can see what’s going on at the Data Manager from any PC
connected to the network or a secure internet connection.
The data
is delivered in real time using a secure internet connection. The data
can be displayed on secure websites to give clients access to site
information in an easy and simple format.
The
information can be used to achieve many benefits:
- Faults are identified and repairs programmed
- Operation efficiencies are constantly adjusted and maintained
- Planned maintenance can be organized efficiently
- Life cycle costs can be recorded and used to improve purchasing
efficiency
- Energy consumption can be measured and controlled
- Store staff can be instructed and guided

VERISAE CONTROL APPLIANCES ARE IP BASED. OPEN PROTOCOL MEANS FASTER DECISIONS WITH RELIABLE, REAL-TIME INFORMATION.
Global setpoint changes, real-time monitoring and demand response are now achievable with ease. Verisae offers a way to track maintenance and energy events simultaneously. Site energy projects, rebate verification, and utility projects can be monitored. Knowing key details of the energy consuming equipment in your sites combined with historical and real-time energy use is critical to measuring, modeling, and managing your energy use and associated spend. Our experienced staff knows energy and how to execute demand response events. Helping multi-site owners for decades has been our passion.
Remote Data Manager (RDM) Controller
The Data Manager is a DHCP Server mounted at your location. It monitors everything that is connected to it via standard IP Protocol. This is the hub of the entire process. The Data Manager acts as a local server that connects to the internet via standard IP. Technicians and store managers can use this device to see the status of the entire building, track alarms and graph temperatures for your site.
The Mercury II Controller
This IP based controller manages display
cases, walk-in coolers and freezers. It
features mechanical or EEV control with
robust software features.
Mercury Rack controller
This IP based controller manages compressor
racks, condensers and glycol systems. The display
is a simple LED displaying key setpoints
and values for the system.
HVAC Controllers
This IP based controller manages HVAC
systems. Programmable via the network or
display. Each device serves it’s own webpage
and connect to the network by CAT 5 cable.
