Abtar specializes in facility management systems, performance monitoring, optimization of energy and maintenance systems, and improvement of processes using enterprise software applications to reduce operating expenses for retailers. He has 12 years of experience in retail energy/maintenance infrastructure and best practices for asset management. He is also expert in HVAC/R system modeling, design & engineering, enterprise asset software technologies, data warehousing and holds more than 25 patents in related technologies.

Abtar previously held the position of Vice President of Product Management for Emerson Climate Technologies and Vice President of Engineering & Technology for Emerson Retail Services. He is also an author of several technical publications in journals, conference proceedings, and trade magazines. Mr. Singh has an M.S. & Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Bachelor in Energy Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.

Mr. Singh is responsible for developing global strategy for Verisae that includes global technology support, developing professional team using best cost country resources and market penetration in Asia. He is also responsible for spear-heading new product and technology introduction such as asset design & procurement, asset management using RFID etc.
