Dan is the founder and CEO of Verisae, which was spun out of Dane Industries (later changed to Dane Technologies) in early 2000. Dane Technologies www.danetechnologies.com is a rapidly growing manufacturing business formed in 1996 in which Dan is the majority shareholder. Prior to forming Dane, Dan was an investment banker for 13 years most recently as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Public Finance Department at Dain Bosworth. Dan is involved in many community activities, having served on the board of the Children’s Cancer Research Fund and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Metropolitan Airport Commission in St. Paul and Minneapolis.
