The Service Event Management module links to the Site and Equipment Database Module and allows the initiation, creation, dispatching, and closing of work orders by your team.
This module can work for Internal or External Call Centers. A service event can be initiated in a variety of ways. This may include an online service request or a phone call to an internal or external call center. The Service Event Management module provides detailed information on each work order in the system and its status. This powerful maintenance management tool allows users to see the status of work orders on-line. From initiation to the service partners' response all the way through to the ultimate disposition of the work order.
