As Chief Technology Officer at Verisae, Jim is responsible for the delivery and support of our enterprise applications worldwide. These areas include professional services, field services, customer support, and our application hosting environment.

As one of the founding members of Verisae, Jim has extensive knowledge of our products and services and has been involved at some level with every implementation of our solutions. He works daily with our customers and delivery team to ensure the quality of both our products and projects are at the highest level possible. With over 20 years of experience with customer facing development, deployment, and management experience, he is an expert at using technology to solve real word business problems.

Prior to joining Verisae Jim was Vice President at Loral CyberStar where he oversaw the development and deployment of broadband applications such as Digital Cinema, Customer Kiosks, and Staff Television Networks. Jim also served as Director of Technology for John Ryan Company where his group developed retail banking solutions used by the world’s largest banks for wait time management, customer communications, and staff television.

Jim is a graduate of Macalester College with a B.S. in Computer Science.  He holds multiple patents while working with Verisae as well as in previous positions.
