Jerry Dolinsky, Chief Executive Officer & President
Jerry Dolinsky has over 25 years of software industry experience. Prior to joining Verisae, Jerry served as Retek’s Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations.
During his tenure with Retek, Jerry played key roles in helping the annual sales grow from under $10 million to nearly $200 million. The sales growth led to a successful IPO and ultimately the sale of Retek to Oracle Corporation in 2005 for almost $700 million.
Most recently, Jerry served as an investor and executive for New York-based startup, Knoa Software, which provides solutions in End User Performance Management.
Jim Pearson, Chief Financial Officer
Jim Pearson has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience in the software industry. He joined Verisae in 2009, and was promoted to CFO in 2013; in his role as CFO, Jim directs all financial aspects of Verisae’s business operations.
Prior to joining Verisae, Jim served as Assistant Controller at Retek, Inc. During his tenure, he played a key role in building the accounting and finance team, supporting Retek’s successful IPO, and managing the integration of subsequent acquisitions.
Jim’s previous experience includes key finance and accounting positions at Entegris, Inc., Merrill Corporation, and InterAction Communications.
Jason Wright, Chief Information Officer
Jason Wright has responsibility for all facets of technology, including strategy, software development, infrastructure, support and execution. Jason has over 20 years of experience in automating enterprises, providing strategic direction, and successfully leading businesses to the next level through the application of technological initiatives.
Prior to joining Verisae, Jason served as the Vice President of Information Technology for Retek Inc. where he was responsible for information technology globally.
Most recently Jason served as the Director of IT and Development for N’compass Solutions Inc. where he was responsible for the Enterprise Technology Strategy consulting practice. He has also held positions at Accenture and Johnson Controls Inc.
Vince Beacom, Executive Vice President, Field Service
Vince Beacom is Verisae’s Executive Vice President (EVP) of Field Service with a focus on utilities, telecommunications, and services. He has over 30 years of experience focused on retail technology, enterprise software, and business consulting.
Prior to his hire at Verisae, Vince has held a variety of executive positions including President Americas Symphony EYC, Group Vice President Americas for Oracle Retail, GM Merchandise Management for Retek, CEO of Superior Edge, SVP Americas for Firepond, and as a Strategic Business Unit Director for SAP.
Vince holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Jim Peterson, Executive Vice President, Partnerships & Alliances
Jim Peterson is a founding member of Verisae and currently serves as Verisae’s Executive Vice President (EVP) of Partnerships & Alliances. In this role, Jim is responsible for all existing partnerships as well as growing Verisae's partner program.
With almost 30 years of experience in customer-facing software solutions, product development, deployment and management, Jim is an expert at using technology to solve real-world business problems. He has had numerous roles at Verisae where he was responsible for product development, delivery, support, IT Infrastructure, pre-sales, solutions engineering, and other areas related to Verisae's global enterprise applications. His oversight and leadership has led to tens of millions in savings for Verisae customers and he holds multiple patents.
Prior to joining Verisae, Jim was a Vice President at Loral CyberStar, and he also served as Director of Technology for John Ryan Company.
Bob Tuttle, Executive Vice President, Field Operations
Bob Tuttle has over 20 years of experience developing highly effective, scalable sales teams in high-growth retail technology companies. As Verisae’s Executive Vice President (EVP) of Field Operations, Bob manages the worldwide sales and marketing teams as well as Verisae’s alliances and partnerships.
Prior to joining Verisae, Bob was the CEO and President of Vcommerce, a SaaS ecommerce platform, where his work led to a successful turnaround and eventual sale of the company.
Bob also served as the General Manager of Escalate Retail and VP of North American Field Operations for Retek. He has also held positions at IBM, PeopleSoft, and Lawson Software.
Aviram Hinenzon, Senior Vice President, Marketing
As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Aviram Hinenzon oversees market development, corporate marketing, and product marketing. Previously, Aviram was Vice President of Product Management for ViryaNet.
Prior to joining ViryaNet in 2006, Aviram served as the VP, Products of Wadago, Ltd., an Israeli-based privately held company. His extensive technical experience also includes positions of senior product management and system engineering positions at ECI Telecom (ECIL), TTI Telecom (TTIL) and the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
Aviram holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Rob McConnell, Senior Vice President, Product Development
A founding member of the Verisae team, Rob brings over 15 years of experience in user-centered design to analyze requirements, simplify tasks, and implement functionality that makes software effective and as easy to use as possible.
Rob is a patent holder in solutions for Enterprise Emissions Tracking, Asset Management, and Energy Management and has held previous positions at Space Systems Loral and John Ryan Company involving development and delivery of interactive and multimedia content.
Jim Robidoux, Senior Vice President, Delivery
As Senior Vice President of Delivery, Jim brings his 30+ years of experience in the enterprise-level product and services industry to ensure continual process improvement and best practices within the Delivery group.
Previously, Jim was Vice President, Customer Care at ViryaNet, leading both Global Services and Customer Care. Prior to joining ViryaNet, Jim was Vice President of Operations for the SmartTime division of ASA International where he managed their professional services and product engineering organizations.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Worcester State College and an MBA from Clark University.
Mike Parks, Vice President, Customer Innovation
Mike Parks has 23 years of experience in the supermarket industry, including 17 years at Kroger and 6 years at Strack & Van Til. Specifically, he has worked within Store Operations, Finance, HR, EEOC, Development Management, and Facility Management.
Since joining Verisae, Mike has played a significant role in maintaining client relationships through his experiences as the Senior Solution Consultant, Director of Solution Engineering, and Vice President of Field Service.
He is an active member of the PRSM association through participating in speaking opportunities, thought leadership publications, editorial interviews, as well as serving on the Task Force Committee.
Nir Diskin, Managing Director, Asia Pacific
Nir Diskin is responsible for leading a worldwide team of developers with diverse skill sets in business and engineering disciplines.
Previously, Nir held a number of management positions within the R&D organization at ViryaNet, including Vice President of Product Management and Vice President, Engineering.
Nir brings a well-rounded management background, including serving as a Major in Israeli Air Force where, in leadership positions, he dealt with avionics software development. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
Andrew Schafer, Managing Director, EMEA
Andrew Schafer joined Verisae at the end of 2009 and is Managing Director of Verisae's International business, with responsibility for global strategy, business development, sales and delivery outside of the Americas.
Prior to joining Verisae, Andrew was a Senior Managing Consultant in IBM’s Energy and Environment group, and prior to that he worked within IBM's Global Business Services division providing business strategy consulting to clients across a range of industries. Andrew has over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, business development and general management, along with deep financial and sustainability expertise.
Andrew is a qualified chartered accountant. Prior to joining IBM, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in a range of management roles spanning consulting, outsourcing, audit, and business advisory services.
