Greg Effertz
President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Verisae, Inc.
Greg Effertz joined Verisae in 2008 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2009.
Greg has more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions in technology and retail, including over 15 years in senior roles with public companies.
Prior to joining Verisae, Greg served as Chief Financial Officer of Retek Inc., a provider of software solutions and services for the retail industry. Greg led the successful sale of Retek to Oracle Corporation in 2005. Most recently, Greg held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Valtira, LLC, a provider of internet based, on-demand marketing tools. Greg continues to serve on Valtira's Board of Directors as well as serves on the Board of enStratus Network, LLC.
