Verisae Appoints Jerry Dolinsky as EVP of Field Operations
Verisae Appoints Jerry Dolinsky as Executive Vice President of Field Operations
Additional Management Depth Positions Verisae for Strong Growth with Sustainability Resource Planning (“SRP”) Software Solutions
Minneapolis, December 2, 2009 – Verisae, a global leader in Sustainability Resource Planning (“SRP”) software, announced that it has named Jerry Dolinsky as Executive Vice President of Global Field Operations. Mr. Dolinsky has assumed responsibility for directing Verisae's global sales and marketing efforts around the company’s environmental, energy and asset management software solutions as well as the development of strategic partnerships. Jerry has more than 20 years of software industry experience.
Prior to joining Verisae, Mr. Dolinsky served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for Retek Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for the retail industry. During his tenure with Retek, he played a key role as annual sales grew from less than $10 million to nearly $200 million, which led to a successful IPO and ultimately the sale of Retek to Oracle Corporation in 2005 for almost $700 million. Most recently, Jerry served as an executive for New York-based startup Knoa Software, which provides industry leading solutions in End User Performance Management.
“The appointment of Jerry adds significant strength to our management team as we execute plans for aggressive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and solidifying our leadership position in the sustainability marketplace,” commented Greg Effertz, President and Chief Operating Officer for Verisae, Inc.
“With a blue chip customer base in North America, EMEA, and APAC, Verisae is poised for breakout success moving into 2010,” said Mr. Dolinsky. “Verisae’s SRP solution is the leader in the industry, providing a broad range of software solutions integrated into a single technology platform which is already providing hundreds of million dollars of documented value for our customers' operational, carbon and energy efficiency initiatives.”
Verisae’s approach to sustainability across a global enterprise is clearly taking hold among corporate executives. Verisae is set for record growth as they continue in their dominant market position as a fully integrated, management platform for corporate sustainability.
