Verisae, Inc. Warranty Returns Policy and Procedure
Hardware controls and monitoring equipment supplied by Verisae, Inc. may be put through the warranty returns process only if the item has been proven defective and remains under the original manufacturer warranty policy. New and unused items may be returned but will be subject to a restocking fee. Product in need of replacement, repair, or items no longer covered under warranty will require an advanced purchase order.
All Verisae, Inc. energy appliance products carry a manufacturer warranty. Parts supplied by Verisae, Inc. that are manufactured by other companies are subject to the warranty provided by the original manufacturer.
