Browser security settings:

A setting of "Medium" for Verisae servers will allow all the needed settings to function properly with the Verisae system.

If this is not company policy, the following settings need to be set for Verisae servers:

  • Download signed ActiveX controls set to "Prompt" or "Enable"
  • File Download set to enable
  • "Use pop-up blocker" is set to disable

It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED the computer has the following:

  • A high-speed Internet connection > 128 Kbps strongly recommended
  • The Verisae application screens work best at a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
