As a value-added service, our Verisae department is always available to assist our partners with compliance questions. Our Verisae Refrigerant Management department is staffed with State certified and other well-trained individuals who are available to answer compliance questions.

What is the difference between software as a service and conventionally purchased software?

With software as a service (which is what Verisae provides), all you need is a web browser to access your information. You, your internal team, and external partners can do so anytime and from anywhere. There is no software or hardware to buy, maintain, or troubleshoot.

Can outsourced contractors and service providers gain access to Verisae applications?

Verisae software is a collaborative platform that is open to all of the communities that help service and manage the retail space. Its security access policies provide administrative tools to control access at the user and data level, e.g. read-only rights.

How do I install an upgrade to Verisae Software?

Within the hosting environment, Verisae manages and executes all upgrades and releases within defined maintenance windows so users receive all of the new features without your firms IT department involvement.

What pricing models do you support?

Verisae applications can be purchased through subscription models or licensed terms.

How do I return products to Verisae?

Verisae accepts returns with an RMA.  Please follow the process on the attached warranty document.
